Susan and I went to Mt Airy (Philadelphia) to visit our daughter and our grandpuppy today for a Mother's Day dinner. I shot these on the way down and back.
I'm not certain where the road transitions from Germantown Pike to Germantown Avenue. These are from Whitemarsh, Chestnut Hill, and Mt Airy, respectively. Germantown is the next neighborhood. The road continues into center-city Philadelphia.
While I have been known to point a camera out the window while driving, today I was the passenger and so did not put anyone at risk. Susan's driving is another matter ;-)
I shot these at 300mm from the moving vehicle through the windshield. I'm thankful for Nikon's image stabilization and Topaz's "Sharpen AI" filter.
