Looking for some feedback

Hey fellow Fstoppers, this is the first photo I've ever shared here and am hoping to get some feedback about it. I have had this shot on my photography bucket list for quite some time-- I visited my parents up in the Seattle area this past week and decided it was time to attempt the shot! I got off the plane and headed straight for the Dr Jose Rizal Park overpass to shoot. Got here just before sunset and spent a spectacular couple of hours capturing images overlooking the Emerald City.
The base image is a blend of 3 frames, one for the highlights in the sun, one for the sky and one for the foreground which I manually blended using a combination of luminosity masks and simple gradient masking. I then stacked the light trails and city lights using the "lighten" blend mode to fill in the city lights and roads. I finalized the image with a few curves adjustments, cloning out some unwanted garbage in the green spaces, and a little dodging and burning.
Would love to hear some feedback and constructive criticism from anybody out there thats willing to share. Thanks for viewing!

Very interesting! The only thing disturbing are the two flares across the image. But I like it

Amazing light trails! I really like this composition!

I would stay till blue hour when the skyscrappers at the upper right corner light up more and blend it into the picture. I would also blend the blue hour sky on top of the sky scrappers to convey a sense of time passing by.
