Boy this group is dead, isn't it? I'll take a stab at giving some advice.

First, if you're going to use a foreground, it's best to find something interesting. Here you seem to have used sand, which does appear to have natural leading line, but it's not in focus and it just leads to a small rock that is also kind of in the foreground. It's a good idea to use a tripod, and focus stack so you can everything sharp from front to back.

Second, I'm not really sure what the subject really is. My eyes immediately go towards the lights, follow them to the back of the image, and then just sort of drift around. The key to any landscape image is a clear subject.

Finally, there's a light flare near the top right. If they are used stylistically they work, but this one just seems like an accident.
