It's my first real beauty retouch, and I would like some advice on this. Feel free to tell me what do you think and if there is something you would add or remove.
Thank you so much !

Personally, i'm a little unsure about the photo on the left as her pose looks slightly awkward, however the photo on the right looks fantastic - maybe consider adding a little more highlighting to her lips, similar to her lips on the left, those look fab. Her hand looks to be slightly cold in comparison to the rest of her skin, maybe add a little warmth? :)
Julie, I like both images. If anything I would crop the image on the left a little closer, so that the face takes up more of the canvas.
In the right image though, the hand pose is what bothers me. It's like that "textbook posing" - it does not look natural, there's no point or meaning in such a hand pose AND the index finger is cropped out in a way that completely separates it into two parts. If you like, check out this collection of images that I've put together on Beauty photography posing and framing , there are quite a few images with hands as well: https://www.pinterest.com/retouchacademy/posing-framing-in-beauty-photog...
Thank you ! I will check that :)
