I was experimenting with some new (for me) lighting setups. Nikon D810 with 24-70 f2.8. ISO 800 1/80th second f4.5 Elinchrom Strobes and Modifiers. We took a simple window shade from home depot and secured it on a crossbar mounted to a nightstand. I blasted a Fresnel spot through the shades to create the lines. Model had a red gelled strobe hitting her back shoulder from camera right. Wet hair finished the look.

I like it. I feel like if your background were darker you would get a bit more "pop"; as it stands her skin and the background seem to have almost the same luminosity. Similarly I think a darker sheet (or what ever it is wrapped around her) might work even better - with the sheet being the brightest object in the composition, I feel like my eye is drawn away from her face.
