I came across Joao, while exploring Sao Paulo city, on my trip to Brazil, last year. Joao is from the NE of Brazil. He sells "energizing minerals necklaces," downtown Sao Paulo, and promised me his moon rock would heal my anxiety completely.
It did not, but the conversation and the photo of kind Joao made it worth it.
