Hello everyone,
This is my test for the new A7 III with an adapted 70-200 Canon IS II lens. What do you think about this shot? I wanted the whole hat to show up and mood up the shadows a bit. Any constructive thoughts are greatly appreciated.
I must admit I have been lax in both my shooting and posting recently, perhaps due to the fact my wife has now retired, and we are spending a LOT more time together doing various activities.
It was mid September late in the afternoon, a group of sailboats were out on the water enjoying the weather, there was a soft breeze blowing, pushing on the sails.

Issue with the eyes again, needs to be looking strait ahead or at the camera. He is looking too far stage right. The hat blends with the background in some places. Maybe a reflector placed above (Camera right) in the 1:30 or 2:00 position.
