High-Key, White Background Tight Portraits/Headshots

Just looking for a little feedback on this. I'm looking to do more of these for business headshots and just want some validation but also a bit of critiquing if anything.

Thanks!

Hi, I would fix the difference of brightness between the two eyes, but I think as business headshot it is good.

Hi Miguel, wow thanks! I didn't even NOTICE that! Now looking at it, I can see it right away. And though it's certainly not super annoying or a big deal, it's definitely a detail and details are what separate good images from great ones. Thanks much! :)

Personally, I dont like the top of the head to ever tilt in the opposite direction of the chest. It weakens and reduces confidence.
