Working with a low aperture, offers new possibilities and 'disturbing' objects in the background ensure beautiful color combinations in the background.
Last Sunday I agreed with René Martens (also a photographer) to exchange experiences, knowledge and insights with each other, I knew all his photos and always found his photos catchy and was curious about his way of working, looking and the thought behind it .
And then you think you know a camera well and know how to take pictures and such an experience provides new insights and possibilities.
Photography is not driven, the art is in the moment when you press the button.
When it comes to the background, is a large green garbage container. If the subject is interesting, the background doesn't matter.
What a great shot! I think I would like this better if the green thing was not there and the background had more muted tones in it or the background was all green perhaps so the eye is drawn into the face.
this is a great shot. well done. shooting subjects with glasses on isnt very easy but i think you nailed it
