I was in Lenoir, NC over the weekend for a bachelor party. Sitting only 2 miles south of Blowing Rock and 10 miles from Boone, NC, it offered some great scenery both from our cabin and from the side of the main road. Most of the day was icy with freezing rain but the bad weather broke for a few hours.
