AI Conversion ~ Good, Better, Best?
Or does it matter.
My wife was telling me about the "new" photographic editing style - Painterly a couple months ago. You might remember a couple AI conversions I did last month.
This got me to thinking..."Are all AI's alike?" Time for me to experiment so you don't have to.
I remember reading a while back that Georgia O'Keeffe painting at one point in her life was inspired by the well known photographer Paul Strand's close up of flowers, and painted "Oriental Poppies" (and more).
Using a photo the lily 'Cancun' an Asiatic Hybrid from our home I decided to use the prompt " Change this photograph to the style of a Georgia O'Keefe painting." I used ChatBGT, Co-Pilot, Gemini, and Grok. Both ChatBGT and Grok returned two results per query.
I have included a chart including the downloaded specs for comparison against the original.
The order of viewing is in reverse order. Orininal then 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 (FStopper's really needs to post in the order of selections)

Interesting experiment, Dean. So you used the same prompt for each? What was the prompt? I enjoyed the way each one interpreted the image. Thanks for posting this.
I decided to use the prompt: "Change this photograph to the style of a Georgia O'Keefe painting," for each.
Dean that they all do ... look very painterly ... use a "brush" ;0 Made for those photographers who replicate popular compositions without any thought, imagination or creativity to say look what I did I'm a photographer, now they can say look what I did I'm a painter.
