Can I call it travel photography when I'm not actually travelling?

I have shot this picture a week ago at Krishna river India. I live very close to this place and I have traveled very little to reach this place. My question is, can I call this a travel photograph? I think if this picture is used by some travel agency then it can be called as travel photograph. Am I right? or Am I missing something here? Please educate me.

Also let me know which genre of photography does this image belongs to. Please rate the image so that I can know the value of the image.

Yes. Travel photography doesn't mean you're traveling. Travel photography brings out the essence of a location - even if you live there.
