How to Create Landscape Photographs in the Rain

Most of us do not care to stand in the rain, but you can create dramatic and compelling landscape photos if you are willing to tolerate the elements. This great video tutorial will show you everything you need to know to handle those wet days to make eye-catching photos.

Coming to you from Mads Peter Iversen, this awesome video tutorial will show you how to shoot landscape images in the rain. Sure, getting wet isn't most people's idea of fun, but cloudy, rainy days can create interesting, compelling images. More so, because we are so used to seeing landscape images with golden rays and light clouds floating across the sky, simply shooting darker, moodier skies can set your work apart by virtue of it being rarer. Of course, just be sure to take the proper safety precautions for you and your gear! Stay warm and dry and avoid storms with lightning. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Iversen.

Mads is always good value.

Any chance of a companion follow up about protecting your gear? The plastic bag sort of thing.

I note weather sealing is still a fairly recent thing.
