When I am feeling depleted emotionally, sad, lonely, I know instinctively to get out into nature and experience what Mother Nature offers us. She restores our soul. I'm fortunate to live several miles from this lagoon which is my favorite escape. I'm greeted by a wide variety of shore birds and am immediately brought to another level of peace. I'm glad to share this with you.
