My wife and I went on a hike to enjoy the outdoors and look for new compositions. We had waited for the rain to pass and took off shortly after. Very happy we did.
We chased the storm clouds as the sun poked through the clouds behind us and we came across a herd of Rams just hanging out.
This one was quite calm and stayed there for some time as I moved around and slowly moved closer. I feel very lucky that he just hung out there with such great light on him and such a dramatic sky behind him.
Shot with a 24-200 lens at 200 and cropped in a bit. Simple editing in lightroom and a little dodge and burn in photoshop.
