BATELEUR EAGLE

This was an eagle brought here, very likely by an American service man, who then let it go when he was posted away. This eagle is not native to the UK and is from Africa. It would not survive. It was found in the wild not in a good state and she lives at the sanctuary ad is now over 30 years old. Due to having to use a wheelchair, I am limited as to where I can shoot, I frequently go to sanctuaries and places where they breed endangered species. The only truly wild place I can go is the wetlands where they have built hides and flat pathways for wheelchair users. It is excellent.
