This is a spur-of-the-moment shot of my husband, John. I have absolutely no recollection of how I edited it. I loved the photograph. We both like monochromes, so that helps us both really like this picture, although it would never have worked in colour. We've been together 45 years now, and I've taken quite a few candid shots of him that, to my eyes, really work. I guess after 45 years, it isn't too difficult for me to capture his essence in a photograph.
