I'm not good on plant ID, Cathleen, but it's likely. The background trees, presumably on the edge of this plantation look like gums, as eucalypts are commonly called here. The majority of trees in Oz seem to be eucalypts. I presume these are tall & skinny because of dense planting to get straight trunks.
