Here's one from a new shoot with Loic, a bodybuilder based in Dublin, Ireland.
Shot with a Nikon D750 and used 3 light studio setup. The key light was an 80cm octabox just above Loic out of frame. I wanted to keep the light quite close to him to make use of faster light falloff (gotta love that inverse square law).
I typically use modifiers on rim lights but these were bare flashes (one either side) as I wanted to keep the light a bit contrasty and dramatic.
