Banff is definitely the most beautiful place I have been in recent memory and moraine lake was the crown jewel of it. After months of waiting, I finally got the chance to explore and photograph this location, but it didn’t come easy. I arrived on location after just 3 hours of broken sleep and was greeted with freezing temperatures and 30mph/48km winds. I set up my camera and waited for the light to get good as I hid behind a rock from the winds that were piercing through my 4 layers of clothes. After about an hour of withstanding the harsh elements the light finally got good for a small window of time giving me the image
