Godafoss midnight sunrise

After being up 30 hours straight with just 4 hours of sleep here and there over the last 7 days I arrived at Godafoss. weather forecast was predicting 100 percent cloud cover and there seemed to be no hope of a sunset sunrise. My friend and I decided to get some much needed food and a beer, we decided because of the forecast to get a cheap hotel room and catch up on some much needed sleep. We started driving toward the hotel and then realized a gap on the horizon with the sun just beginning to enter it. we looked at each other rolled our eyes and said "we gotta go back to godafoss" what followed was one of the most amazing productive sunset, sunrise, and rainbows of the trip. now being up for 35 hours with a massive collection of shots from godafoos we finally made our way to our hotel to get just another 4 hours of sleep.
