Dusk, Wynyard

I stepped out of my old-fashioned motel on the mouth of the Inglis River in Wynyard, Tasmania, and saw the lightest breeze sweeping different patterns of ripples across the estuary, right outside my front door! Raced to set up the tripod before the light changed. I can still feel the nip of early spring air when I see this image.

Great one! I really like the colours and the composition, as well as the patterns of the ripples.

Thanks, Sascha! Apologies for not registering your comment earlier. Glad you like the composition, something I always hope to "get right" before anything else. Yes, the ripples were beautiful, forming patterns in the still water.

I really like this The leading lines of the still water, and the colour is sublime. Great work!
