When I went to scout my friends house for a previously posted photo he showed me this ceramic studio in the basement. And the windows were places perfectly as though Vermeer had painted the scene. So I figured I'd be foolish to not take this shot as well.
I'm loving these experiments into the old masters style of lighting and composition. There's a few things I would have done differently looking at the images now, but they mostly revolve around the background placement.
