The first photo of a series taken on an October drizzly evening on the northern Oregon coastline, about 30 minutes north of Canon Beach. The remains of a rust covered British ship wreck that ran aground in 1906 yet posed perfectly upright on a wide sandy beach. The rest of my photos were ruined since I did not notice that my UF filter was getting wet. Yet , it was the best one of all. I went again at sunrise but I prefer the mood set by the stormy weather. Although it looks great in color I prefer the high contrast black and white.
