Skink touched by the sun

Going through my raw files for the day and I almost trashed this. I was shooting into the sun and initially thought the highlights would have been clipped and that the photo was going to be worthless. Turns out some of the shadows were actually clipped but I don't really mind it in this photo. Took some work in post to bring out the red in his head area but there was enough information in the file to make it work. This is a male five lined skink showing off his breeding colors. I took this with a 150-600 telephoto in the late morning sun. (ISO 200, 600mm, f/6.3,1/1000 sec)
