Great shot, I was surprised to see someone local on this forum. I am a DMV native and have visited Huntley Meadows a number of times. If you don't mind my asking, what settings did you use to darken your composition?
Thanks! I'm a big fan of Huntley Meadows and visit a half dozen times throughout the year. The settings for this photo were ISO 500, f/6.3, 600mm, 1/1600 sec... The water was darkened in post to add to the impact of the reflection. Lot's of cloning to clear out the debris in the water.
