Especially in summer, taking advantage of the good weather, festivals are celebrated in many towns, I think all over the world. People who haven't seen each other for months get together, buy and sell cattle,
artisan food, dances, rural sports, etc.
Great picture! I find myself coming up with a story for each of the completely unique characters in the image. :-)
