Bikers, for scale

One thing I struggled to communicate to my family back East while I was traveling the American West was scale: how wide this expanse, how massive this rock, how empty this sky. Distant travelers provided an excellent reference point. Compared to the two bikers, you can appreciate the size of those boulders of ancient lava at Snow Canyon State Park, and the size of the park itself.
