Welcome Home

A brand new home in the Rolling Hills area of California. This was from a paid real estate shoot. Growing up in the 80's and 90's I have been accustomed to homes with rooms literally used once a year or even at all. What impressed me bost about the style of this home was nothing was for show. Every room was livable and very usable, along with ever square foot of the exterior. Too bad it's not in the budget.
