A couple of hours before sunset I began hiking up a gradual incline away from my subject (sand dunes). With the motive to add some elevation for a different perspective. Once this was accomplished I began walking laterally with the dunes, studying their shape, shading and form for my desired composition. This is zooming with your feet.
35mm film shot with 400mm f/5.6 lens tripod mounted
Film scanned with dedicated film scanner at maximum optical resolution of 3200 dpi saved as .dgn format.
Post processed with ACR and fined tuned in photoshop for print and internet compression.

Sand dunes are intriguing to view in different light situations. I'm enjoying the light and shadows you captured here. The curves look so graceful.
