Flight West

January on the California coast usually has glorious sunsets unlike the spring/summer when often we have a heavy marine layer. This was taken with my Canon 6D and I used the Lensbaby Velvet 56. The Lensbaby is a manual lens and does not record all Exif information. This was ISO 100 at 1/8 sec. The bird was taken in one of the following frames at ISO 500 at 1/1000 sec with a Canon 70-200 L lens.
