Photographer of the Month Awards for 2022

Beginning in January, we'll be selecting a photographer of the month. Each month, we'll cull the best of the most recent photos in the community and select our favorite, featuring that photographer's work. At the end of the year, we'll select an overall winner from the 12 monthly winners, who will win a tutorial of their choice from the Fstoppers store. To qualify each month, you simply must have uploaded an image to your portfolio in the past 30 days. So, get out there, post some photos, and check out the work of the talented Fstoppers community! We're pleased to have you here.

I CANNOT resist voting for the sports photographer #biased . What a talented line up

The Well Rounded Photographer

Voted…

All hard choices to be sure but Alan's work is truly different and stands out, not for 'K-pow' or 'Bam' but for subtlety and elegance.
Mike Kelley's Where Art Meets Architecture 4 please.
Thanks the the whole Fstoppers team for all your work making this site such a great place to visit, share ideas with, and learn from.
All the best in 2022!

I totally agree!

I'm partial to landscapes, so I voted for Nuria San Román. I'd love to win Photographing the World IV and dream of being able to travel again.

I expressed my preference in the poll. I would like to win the Photographing the World series as I love landscape photography

These are all amazing photographers. So hard to choose

I’d like to win Perfecting the Headshot
With Peter Hurley

I would love to "The Well Rounded Photographer". It would help to enhance my skills

"Where Art Meets Architecture 2". Something different from what I normally shoot.

I’d love to win Making Real Money: The Business of Commercial Photography, as it looks like a great resource for navigating the difficult waters of pricing, successful negotiation, etc.

Paola Padron all the way, epic and not overly processed. I'd love to win Sir Mike Kelley's Sky Library! :)

Voted ! Fashion and Editorial Portrait Photography by Clay Cook. I love his style and it s my type of work.

Voted for the wildlife photographer, at the same time I must say it was a really difficult choice between him and the portrait photographer.

Voted! And I’d love a copy of Introduction to Video, or Perfecting the Headshot. Thank you!

Great variety of wonderful photographers with special skills and styles.
I would be delighted to win "Perfecting the Headshot" with Peter Hurley.
All the best in 2022 :-)

Paola Padron's work! I would like the The Hero Shot With Brian Rodgers Jr.

Tough competition. I’d like to win “the well rounded photographer” because it could be the perfect tutorial.

Are we voting for photographers or masters of Photoshop?

The well rounded photographer would be such a perfect way to start the year! :D

I'd love to get the well-rounded photographer tutorial.
Thomas Andlauer definitely got my vote this year but good lord all of these options are astounding.

Voted.....
Mike Kelley's Ultimate Sky Library would be a great addition in technique and content

Where art meets architecture.

Great photographers, but Melody Mellinger's photos stood out to me! I’d love to win the “illuminating the face” tutorial, it would be awesome to understand more of light shaping.

Akis Douzlatzis. "The Well Rounded Photographer".

Voted and would appreciate winning the "Photographing the World 4 Advanced Landscapes" as it will complete my collection :)

I'd love to win "Photographing the World IV" because I love landscape photography and I believe that this tutorial with Elia Locardi ist awesome.

The Making Real Money tutorial would be fantastic. There is so much information available these days on how to shoot and edit, but the business side is important for me as well.

Illuminating The Face - I think my lighting needs work. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm mostly a sports photographer by profession, but I would love to continue to take my nature photography to the next level. For this reason I would most enjoy winning the Photographing the World 4 tutorial by Elia Locardi!

They are all great, but Mary Bel seemed more unique. any tutorial I guess but: Well rounded photographer / Elia Locardi Number 4 stand out

Alan Brown's photos capture a painterly style of photography I've admired for a long time. He captures the heart with his photos, much as any great artist does. He elevates photography.

Can’t resist Mike Kelley’s work. I’d go for art meets architecture 4

Very hard choice but the images of Mr Andlauer have a 3d pop and a very uplifting mood. I would appreciate the photographing the world IV tutorial.

I voted for Roy Iwasaki. Love the clean minimalistic look. I'd love to win the Well Rounded Photographer tutorial. Seems like the best deal with up to date content!

The photos by Thomas Andlaer are just outstanding

Would appreciate winning The Well-Rounded Photographer. =D

Akis Douzlatzis. I have revisited his profile several times during 2021, to admire his portraits.Would love to win:
Illuminating The Face

Mike Kelley's Ultimate Sky Library

All beautifully done. Hard to pick just one.
