No doubt, posing can be a real challenge for a lot of photographers, and that can put a lot of pressure on you during a shoot. One useful technique is to have a list of five or so poses you know work well that you can use to get some assured shots, thus taking the pressure off and allowing you to explore more organic poses without worry. Learning to pose people quickly and naturally is one of the harder skills we face as photographers. Always good to see how other people approach this. I remember Joey Wright teaching posing in his swimwear tutorial and it was pretty eye opening on the little nuance he picks up on.
