PLEASE be honest in your critique. I try to give one positive and one "negative" in my opinions/critiques of others. I hope you do the same. We learn by hearing what we are doing "wrong"; everyone's opinion is valid.

"When I'm shooting, I tend to make people comfortable. I have a gentle nature that exudes confidence. This translates into photos that show people's true colors and personalities. I like to capture feelings and emotion, not just photos. One constant comment I hear is "I had no idea getting our photos taken could be so much fun!" I say the same thing myself after every shoot.

Of course it also helps to enjoy what you do. After all who would put "their all" into something that they aren't particularly in love with? It’s pretty amazing when you can do something you love for a living! I've been fortunate to work on all kinds of projects, from teeny tiny to very large. From high end to...ahem...low class. They’ve all been an absolute blast and incredible learning experiences. It’s a nice feeling looking forward to the next workday and the next project. I don’t think I could have it any other way.

When I'm not photographing buildings or people, my camera is pointed at the world around me. Everyday objects are works of art.

When we take the time to look at the world "through a different lens" we start to appreciate the little things that make our world a truly fantastic place to live."
