Coming to you from Dustin Abbott, this great video review takes a look at the new Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports lens. 150-600mm lenses have become rather popular in the last few years, offering a useful focal length range without hitting the super-high prices of professional supertelephoto prime lenses, and the latest iterations have shown marked improvement from the original models, now offering impressively competent image quality and autofocus performance. Sigma's latest version offers a range of improvements, including a complex design with 25 elements in 15 groups for reduction of a range of aberrations and image quality issues and nine rounded aperture blades for smoother bokeh. Along with those, it comes with an Optical Stabilizer system that offers up to four stops of compensation. And for those who prefer a push-pull zoom, the lens offers the company's Dual Action Zoom system, which allows you to use either a push-pull system or the lens' zoom ring. Check out the video above for Abbott's full thoughts on the lens.
