As part of Apple’s current “100 Apps and Games” featured discount collection, 11 popular photo and video apps are on sale for a slim $0.99. The “Apps for Photography Lovers” selection seems to include something for everyone, ranging from editing tools to time-lapse and slow shutter cameras to interactive photo and travel books.
Most of these apps sound fantastic for casual photography fun and everything here has great App Store reviews. Many are also universal apps, meaning they’ll look good on both iPad and iPhone. I’ve noted which ones require separate $0.99 purchases for each device.

As you can probably guess from the promotion’s title, “100 Apps and Games” has a lot more apps to pick up for the $0.99 sale price. A lot of these other apps are games, but there are a few good productivity apps as well. You can check out everything listed in the promotion on the App Store (be sure to click “See All” in each category). No word on when it ends, so pick up what you want now.
Do you currently use any of these photo or video apps? If so, which ones would you recommend?
