Natural Light Waterfall Portraits in Bali With the Canon RF 28-70mm f/2L Lens

If you are looking for beautiful, natural light portraiture and how to pose models effectively, this is a fabulous video set in an amazing waterfall location with a professional model. Join Irene Rudnyk here behind the scenes on this adventure and watch the magic unfold.

Bali is a beautiful destination that is high up on my list. Who can blame me or Irene for wanting to shoot there with stunning waterfalls and beaches? The waterfall location and professional model go hand in hand together here to create beautiful imagery. Rudnyk makes good use of her surroundings, such as including the rocks as a point of focus or even leaves for the model to pose with.

Rudnyk is an excellent portrait photographer, and in this video, she is shooting with the Canon R5 and 28-70mm f/2.0, and the results here are brilliant. Rudnyk's work is a seamless process, as she guides the model through a variety of poses to great effect.

While many prefer to use strobes in portrait sessions, Rudnyk makes use of the very soft natural light here, and her editing style finishes off the process. Rudnyk also happily shows off the before and after images, along with elements of her editing style and metadata, which can give you some great technical tips to base your shoots on.
