The difficulty with reflections is that they can create unexpected highlights in distracting places or can obscure parts of the product you would like to be visible. Things are further complicated by the fact that most products have unique shapes, making it difficult to effectively control the reflections when they pop up in unexpected areas while still creating a flattering shot.
