This deserves a higher average rating. I won't say it is a great photo (no disrespect intended) but the lighting is good. Perhaps a 1/2 stop more exposure would have helped with the lighting on the ant eater. Good timing with gesture of the animal so it provides a sense of movement with the front leg. It made me smile so I believe that's always a good sign. Deserves a 2.8 or 2.9.

Thanks for the comments. It's definitely far from the best photo here, but I didn't think it would be rated so low. I'll take a look at the post-processing again and try improve the lighting on the aardvark.
