At this moment you got a 2.32 score... I really don't know how people could rate this image so low. This is getting ridiculous
Honestly, I rated this image a 2. And here's why I don't think that such a rating is ridiculous:
I like the picture in general: the mood, the time of the day, the warm colours.
But I think, it "needs work" to be even better. For instance, highlights are blown out at several spots. I don't think it hurts in the lights along the bridge, but even at the posts, some parts lack structure. It also creates some halos, especially at the top borders of the posts.
In addition, there are blotchy patterns in the sky (JPEG artifacts or from noise reduction, I don't know) that could maybe be removed.
Finally, the perspective is quite central vertically and I would prefer (a matter of taste, of course) to have it slightly shifted to the left or a tighter crop from the right and bottom.
