Motion

this is an art exhibition in Brussels (Bright Brussels) where artists are using light to tell a story. This is an empty fountain/pond (it is winter) where they simulated the water with blue light and floating balloons in fish shape. I wanted to show the motion yet at the sea time capture the imagery of the floating fish
