It's a very cool logo and I like the composition of the photo too...
Cool idea using the golden ratio as inspiration, but maybe push the "JC" element further so it isn't just a rotation of the common golden ratio graphic. I'm not sure if you took other frames without all the guys, but I think the photo would be stronger with just the guy in the hat.
Unfortunately no,,, this was taken while vacationing with family- I had to "click & move"
I considered cropping to show only the guy in the hat but he'd be too close to the edge... unless i PS'd the other 3 out. I'd remove the red plant dish as well.
I like this photo better as a B/W, but chose color for the contest.
