LOL- I thought that might be case! They probably asked "Can't you just photoshop the baby in?" :D
Too bad you weren't able to perfectly center the camera with the fountain, and clone the front most water spout if it's not actually there.
The solid opacity of the watermark makes this look more like an advertisement than a portrait. (and it's almost as big as the baby!)
