Shot on a rooftop with natural light about two hours before sunset. I used a Canon 6D Mark II and the Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 lens.

Crop out the sky and right side. Leave the rail. If you can, recenter the shot with more of her right elbow. That convergent rail is more interesting than the building. The model being off center would add to the overall.
Clean up the blemish on her forehead.
Good basics could be a great shot with a little work.
