I'm really digging the pose and crop and her expression, and the hair looks amazing! I feel like her face is a little bit too retouched and her lips could've been a bit less white! Awesome picture!

I agree that there are things that are done well here.
The hairs standing up and the spots that were dodged a little too much are what keep me from rating this higher.
