Are cityscapes eligible?

Donau Kanal, Vienna, summer 2017.

Two-panel panel panorama, 30 second long exposure. Canon M6, 18-135mm STM.

This was taken at about 10:30pm, and there was barely any hint of color left in the dusk sky. But, of course, when you let 30 seconds of light hit your sensor, everything explodes.

Still not a fan of long water exposures, but overall great twilight shot tough...
