Before getting into photography, I'd seldom take the window seat while flying over the Andes mountain range, since it's a very short travel and something I did many times. Unfortunately, I was "used" to it, and it shouldn't be like that since there's always something new to see. This time, I chose the window seat, since the flight would be in the afternoon and hoped to catch something during golden hour. And yes, the view was lovely. I grabbed my Fujifilm X-T2 and set the XF18-55 to 55mm and shoot. The window had scratches, as many plane windows does, so I had to position the lens carefully to shoot between them, and even then, I had to crop it to avoid some serious scratches. Still, it catches the peaceful moment I was experiencing while seeing the mountains being bathed by the sunset light.
