This instantly reads as a photo and product of quality!
I think it's just a bit too hot in the highlights, and after working with photos/renderings of Apple Watches for a few years, the reflections on the band really stand out to me. But Apple can afford the time/money to retouch their images down to the microscopic/pixel level!
Very nice picture, looks like a real ad. My only concern would be the reflection in the 3 rings, just under the "28" date number : we can see what looks like strobes and reflectors
