As winter is refusing to get here in the Netherlands. I was revisiting some of my old photos and see if I could do a re edit on some of them. I found this nice fern which didn't make it to my portfolio at fist but I really like it in this cold/wintery edit?
How do you rate it?

I really like the idea of the fern. I only rated this image two stars, however, since I think it would have worked even better if there was more attention to the curled up portion of the plant, i.e. if you had cropped it a little differerent. Put it closer and a little lower, and maybe brighten it up just a little bit. Perhaps it would also improve the image if the background had a different hue than the plant itself.
Hi Heiko, Really appriciate it that you took some time to comment on my picture! unfortunately there was a whole other fern plant right behind it that is causing the green hue. I my self would also wanted a yellowish or some other tint in the back ground but it simply wasnt there :( For the putting the 'focus' even more on the curled portion I sure understand where you are comming from but personally I loved this crop the best. I do have tried loads of crops. For brightining the image up I must agree with you, its a litte dark indeed.
