I really like the matte look and the pose is just awesome (I'm a dance photographer myself). I find it missing just a little bit of definition in the lighting. maybe an edge light to either side or just a reposition of your keylight would help. Also the very bright lighting on the upper legs is a little bit distracting. The bottom face is perfectly lit. Still a very "solid" image for me.
